TLV320AIC3120 - No audio output to speaker with loudspeaker of 4 ohm

Description of the problem: while I connect to the chip output speakers pins a loud speaker ( knowles SPEAKER-1115-3.5-SC-COBRA or magnetic )of 8 or 6 ohm the device
was working good and I saw the out also of my oscilloscope.
while I connect to chip output speakers pins a loud speaker of 4 ohm
(CUI CDS-40304-L100) we not have audio
output and on the oscilloscope we don't have any signal.
what can be the cause for this

    Hi, Pesach,

    Could you tell me how you are connecting the speaker outputs to the speaker? When 4-ohms load is used, you need to ensure that all the speaker outputs are used in differential mode (both SPKM pins to minus terminal and both SPKP pins to plus terminal). Could you provide a schematic and register configuration if possible?
