TLV320AIC3262 abnormal INT caused system could not work

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV320AIC3262

Hi,

Customer CZC used TLV320AIC3262 on one tablet project, the platform is TEJRA-3,

and OS is android.

Customer used GPIO1 (J8) as INT1 output for Headset Detection and Button Press.

When in low temperature environment (< -20°C) to power up system, GPIO1 of AIC3262

would output 200Hz square wave, duration was about 2 seconds, after that GPIO1 would keep low

(pls refer INT waveform) which would cause system resource always was occupied

by AIC3262 INT, then caused system could not power up.

Actually, customer did not insert HP and not press button when the issue happening.

Customer tested about 30 pcs boards, 10 pcs board had this issue. The issue was gone after replace

IAC3262 with new one. The issue only happened at low temperature environment (< -20°C).

Schematic attached, could you please review and comment how to debug and fix this issue?
