PCM4220: DC capabilities

Part Number: PCM4220

Is there known DC performance (ultra low frequency) for the PCM4220 configured with the high pass filter function disabled?  What type of ULF 'noise' can be expected?  How accurate is the reference voltage sources in terms of low frequency amplitude drift?

Thanks in advance for any feedback as this seems to be in undefined territory at least as best I can tell from the data sheet.

  • Hi, Kevin,

Unfortunately we don't have the DC performance spec for the PCM4220 as this part is specifically designed and characterized for Audio applications.

  • HI Diego,

Thank you for the follow up on the characteristics of the PCM4220 at DC conditions. So far, other than some input offset (in the 3 - 8 mV range) the ADC looks very good considering that it is optimized around audio performance. I haven't characterized it over temperature yet, but all the other parameters are better than I expected.

    Thanks again,
