Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately we don't have this data available, we performed some testing to measure the propagation delay but unfortunately we were not able to get concise results. We are working with design team to get this spec, but it will take some time before we get the data. I will let you know any update we have.

I think that you can grasp the propagation delay if you can find the timing of sampling.
Could you please tell me that reason why you cannot get the propagation delay even if you measure ?
In additon, I think that it is possible to estimate it if you can find the topology of the internal schematic but is my understanding incorrect ?

Hi, Kato-san,

We tried measuring the propagation delay in the bench with typical test equipment. The results obtained were not consistent as it is difficult to measure the exact delay between the input signal and output digital signals. We asked help from design team to get the propagation delay, we will contact you when we get any update.
