PCM5142: compare PCM5142 with AIC3262

Actually, I cannot decide to use the PCM5142 or AIC3262 for DAC.

Is there some performance difference between PCM5142 and AIC3262?

And in AIC3262 purepathstudio, there are AGC2 and DRC2 and something like components with 2.

Also, in PCM5142 purepathstudio, there are AGC and DRC with no number.

what is difference between DRC and DRC2?
