Let me confirm about below.

* How shoud we treat for input un-used pins(Ex. AIN1,AIN2) ?

If you have requirement for each un-used pins, could you please send it me ?

Hi Machida-san,

If analog inputs won't be used you should AC couple them to GND. In other words, please use a capacitor to connect these pins to GND.

Hi Machida-san,

There is not a specified capacitor, you could use any decoupling capacitor like 1uF or so.
