PCM2707: Decoupling capacitors when Headphone power supply is not used

Part Number: PCM2707

Hi, standard typical circuit connection for PCM2706 or PCM2707 is with headphone support (pdf page 30). Device have decoupling capacitors C3, C4 for VCCR and VCCL (supply for headphone amplifier) - with both, bus powered and self powered operation.

My question is, when no headphones are used and device is connected only for I2S operation, can be these capacitors C3,C4 omitted?

Thanks for reply.
