Hi All,

I am using TLV320AIC3106Q and WL1833Q to form a PCM/I2S (GPIO1/GPIO2/MFP3/DOUT) connection for Bluetooth HFP application.

I am trying to used the following FD06 command to setup WL1833Q Bluetooth to Master role, and the TLV320AIC3106Q codec would be Slave role. The thing is after I put this command modification into my TIInit_11.8.32.bts, and bring up the system (i.MX6Q), I can not detect the BCLK from my oscilloscope. There is no BLCK from this I2S/PCM. Is my command wrong or is it needed a special configuration?

Command:

Send_HCI_VS_Write_CODEC_Config 0xFD06, 0x0200, 0x00, 0x00003e80, 0x0001, 1, 0x01, 0x00, 0x0010, 0x0001, 1, 0x0010, 0x0001, 0, 0x00, 0x0010, 0x0011, 1, 0x0010, 0x0011, 0, 0x00

I am appreciated any comment or suggestion.

Justin,

The Master will generate Bclk, so this would appear to be an issue with the WL1833. I'm assuming you also configured that device?
I don't really know the FD06 command you are mentioning, so I can't really comment there.
If you set up the codec as Master, do you get a bclk?

Hi Steve,

FD06 command is the one which configure the WL1833 Bluetooth.

Yes, it works. If I set up the audio codec as Master role, and the WL1833 Bluetooth as Slave role, I did get a bclk.

Or do you recommend me which forum should I post my question?
