TLV320AIC3268: Input impedance of analog inputs

Part Number: TLV320AIC3268

Hello,

Input impedance of analog inputs is 10K/20K/40K according the RIN setting in registers.

But I'm not quite understand what's the device input impedance if I put R1/R2 in the circuit as below:

Should the device's analog input impedance still equals to Req? Or should I consider it witl R1/R2?

Thanks for the help.

Mitch

  • Hi, Mitch,

Welcome to E2E, Thanks for your interest in our products!.

The circuit you are mentioning is used to attenuate an input signal which amplitude is above the recommended level of the analog inputs (0.5Vrms). The input impedance of the device could be considered as Req.
