i tried with your procedure but again it is showing same problem could you please tell me another method for installing that software.

I'm not sure I follow you. you were able to follow every step in the above thread? or does it not allow you to troubleshoot the compatibility?

I'm afraid I will have to look deeper into this. I have not seen any issues with this procedure until now.
Which windows 10 edition are you using?

I've had 3 other people running window 10 professional install this without issue following the procedure i provided you. if you right click and select "Run as administrator" does anything change?

with "Run as adminstrator" also iam getting same problem,actually i downloaded the zip file from the user guide link is there any another file you have if have could you please send me.

The slac249.Zip file should be the correct file. You could alternately try going to the TLV320AIC3106EVM-K product folder and downloading the GUI. But the Download should be sourced from the same place behind the scenes. by all means give that a try.
as I said in my last post, I haven't been able to reproduce the problem here, I watched 3 different people install the software with a windows 10 machine without problem.
Ive had a number of emails and e2e threads about this, and they were all resolved following the method i provided you. I will continue to look into this.

Just now i visited your link and downloaded the zip file and with this also am getting same problem,
before installing the setup any another installation process is there?

We will have to take a serious look at this, I'm not sure why many people are able to install this on windows 10 but you are not.
For the time being, do you have a windows 7 machine you can use?

If not, try downloading the TLV320AIC3254 GUI which is here: www.ti.com/.../TLV320AIC3254EVM-U

Also download the Audio Converter Firmware. If you can install the AIC3254 GUI, then you can update the firmware on the USBMODEVM and we can at least get you up and running using the Command prompt function of the AIC3254. OR if you have Pure Path Console 3 already you could download and use "I2C Master" neither of those will recognize the Firmware on the USBMODEVM for the AIC310x devices.

I already tried with windows7 in that also iam getting same problem but once again  will try in windows 7 also,

and i downloded the TLV320AIC3245 setup also here noe iam facing the "unknown error" problem as mentioned in screen shot

Ok there has to be something else going on here. I can't imagine what it is.

please Try to install Purepath Console 3 on your machine. This is our latest GUI platform. request access below:

www.ti.com/.../purepathconsole

if you can't install this, then I'm at a complete loss.
