    Hi Nkeddem, Yes. The AEC module has been released as of PurePath Studio for Portable Audio v2.0. The AEC component can be found under TI Algorithms.     Hi nkeddem, Yes. The AIC3254's PurePath Studio has an A-law and u-law component. The AIC3254 can do 8kHz. In order to use USB audio at 8kHz sampling, the firmware must be reprogrammed using the AIC3254 CS. Look for the Tools>EEPROM Programmer panel. Regards, JA
