ADS1299EEG-FE mmb0 usb driver is not recognized when plug-in (window 8)

Hi TI,

I have just received my ADS1299EEG-FE evaluation board and I need to install the usb driver for the mmb0.

I am using window 8 OS.

When I plug the mmb0 to my pc, I am expecting it will install the driver automatically. However the window 8 says that the usb is not recognized.

I have tried to disable the driver signature enforcement. But the problem is still the same.

Is this because of the driver compatibility issue with window 8? Do we have any work around on this?

Unfortunately, our EVM software is not supported on Windows 8. However, I have seen other customers find their way around Windows 8 driver install issues. Please refer to the following post:

Hi Ryan,

I have tried to disable the window signature enforcement as per the suggested post. But the driver is still not recognized.

Could it be possible that you send me the mmb0 driver's installer to me via email?
