SDO pin on DAC8750

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC8750

I'm starting a new project using the DAC8750 and need to know if the SDO pin ever enters a high-impedance state.  I need to share the SPI bus with another device (EEPROM), but if the DAC8750 is always driving the SDO pin, then there will be a conflict when the other device is driving the MISO line.  The DAC8750 datasheet says it is SPI compatible, but it does not indicate whether the SDO pin ever enters a high-impedance state.
