We are using ADS7953's sometimes the outputs thresholds at 2047. (11 bits)
It will not return to normal until power down.

Any ideas on problem?

Brian,

Could you please provide with details of the conditions when this behavior is observed?

At what supply voltages and in what mode is the device operating? Do all 16 channel give this output code? Schematics, oscilloscope screenshots and the sequence of register writes for device configuration would really help.

All channels have the same threshold. (2047).

Is there a register that make digital outputs threshold at 2047?
