AMC1304 Tina-TI Transient Spice Model

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Hi,

is there anybody who has a Tina-TI Transient Spice Model for the AMC1304?

Best regards,

Marko

  • Hi Marko,

Welcome to our e2e Forum! Since the AMC1304 is essentially a digital device, we don't have a TINA-TI model for it. Can I ask what it is that you want to do with the model if we had one?

Also, this query somehow seems to have been posted three times, so I'll delete the other two posts for you.
  • Hi Tom,

thank your for your fast reply!
We are working on a new design using the AMC1304.
To be sure everything is working as desired, we build a first test-environment using the evaluation board.
At this evaluation board we see some strange phenomenons, so our idee was to simulate our design in TINA-TI.
Using this simulation tool we can check the signals at our first test-environment are correct or not.

    Regards,
    Marko
  • Hi Marko,

What sort of strange phenomena are you seeing? If you short the inputs to GND1, you should see essentially a 50% duty cycle square wave.
