AFE4300: VLDO vs VREF

Part Number: AFE4300

The ADC_CONTROL_REGISTER2 (Address 0x10, Default 0x0000) has a ADC_REF_SEL bit that allows one to choose between internal VLDO or internal VREF to be fed as ADC reference. Since the voltage seems to be same 1.7v for both is there any reason why VLDO is suggested for weigh-scale measurement and VREF for bio-impedance?

I am seeing more stable impedance value measurement if i use VLDO as REF for bio-impedance measurement.  Kindly confirm if i can use VLDO for this?

thx
