First I want to say sorry because I know it is basic questions, but my major is not electronics then I have some trouble.
1) Is it possible to connect 2 analog inputs at the same time? because I saw 2 SMA jacks, or we must use 2 jacks for 1 input?
2) How can I connect it if my input come from photodetector with 1 bnc connector?

1.) Please check the schematics at the end of the ADS127L01EVM User Guide. The signals applied to the SMA connectors are routed to the input of a fully-differential amplifier. The output is applied to the ADS127L01 input pins and the decimal output code is proportional to the difference between AINP and AINN.
2.) You'll need to find a BNC-to-SMA adapter. The signal can be applied to J9 and the shield can be connected to J7. Install R72 with 0 ohms to short J7 to GND.
