Difference between ADC12D1X00RF ADC12D1X00

Hi,

Is there anyone familiar with ADC12D1X00 data converter. What is the difference between ADC12D1X00 and ADC12D1X00RF. I mean the model number with or without RF at the end of the model number. I know RF suppose meant for RF application. What is the actual performance difference? Is there anything I should pay special attention to if I use ADC12D1X00RF under dc-coupling mode.

    Hi Xundong

    The ADC12D1X00RF/ADC12DX00RF family have improved high frequency linearity, and improved noise floor as compared to the ADC12D1X00 (non-RF) products. The DC performance and functionality of both families of products are generally equivalent.

    If you are planning a product that needs good DC performance and the best RF performance, you should use an 'RF family device.

    Please review the sections of the datasheet which cover using the device in DC Coupled mode.
