I would like to understand what is the enob and sinad I will be having from this chip if I'm using at frequencies 500MHz and above.
Does anyone has a plot like that?

The datasheet does not give any information for input frequencies above 300 MHz (page 18 of datasheet
The ENOB at 300 MHz is (72.2(SNR)-1.76)/6.02 = 11.70 LSBs.
I will look further at whether or not this data can be obtained, and get back with you soon.
