We have designed a high speed DAC by ourselves, and want to use available commerial data pattern generator such as TSW1400EVM to evaluate our chip. Is it possible? Or does TSW1400EVM or other similar data pattern generators only support TI data converter products?
The TSW1400 is currently designed only to work with TI data converters. You could possible build a translator adapter board to go between your board and the TSW1400. You would have to converter the DAC output from the TSW1400 to a pattern that could be used by your DAC.
