The data sheet states it should be 3.0V but 3.3V is within the specified limits. Will there be a loss of performance with 3.3V?

The performance will be similar (perhaps slightly better) at 3.3V. I do not expect degradation at that increased supply.

Characterization included performance measurements at 3.0V and 3.7V. Average SNR and SFDR was mostly flat betweeen the points, though the SFDR distribution spread. 197MHz -1dBFS input.
