A few minutes of help needed by someone who owns an ADC12J4000 and/or ADC12D1800

we need to decide for one of multiple high speed ADC based on a rather unusual performance parameter not found in the datasheet.

Could someone who owns an ADC12J4000EVM or ADC12D1800RB please measure at least 100k samples of noise (open inputs) and e-mail them to me?

For the ADC12D1800 I am most interested in interleaved measurements.

Yes, please.

Our distributor did not succeed in getting the information from TI.
Analog Devices and e2V provide data within hours. Currently the AD9625 is leading the race but the ADC12J4000 and ADC12D1800 should be able to beat it. But I need proof for a purchasing decision of that volume.

Therefore I am looking forward to your data.
