Hi ,
We need the tolerance on the aperture delay over temperature & manufacturing variation.
In the data sheet the nominal figure is 0.64ns. Can you provide the spec to me?

The aperture delay is approximately 0.64ns with nominal power supply voltages and typical process at 25C junction temperature. The expected variation (based on simulation) due to temperature, supply voltage and process variation are as follows:
