Hi everybody. I need the THS0842 IBIS model to perform some SI simulation. I can't found it in the web page of the IC. Perhaps you can tell me about another ADC that has the same model properties.

I do not believe we have IBIS models created for the ADCs that were released to market around this time frame. I think the best approach right now is to use the logic input and output parameters found on page 6 of the datasheet for you SI simulation. These are somewhat of a basic IBIS model that can get you started.
