ADC12J4000 Soft connection of EVM and GUI

Hi

My customer is using ADC12J4000EVM.

He has issue.
He can't connect EVM and GUI.
EVM is ADC12J4000EVM(notADC12JxxxxEVM).
GUI is ADC12J4000 GUI A.

He confirmed following user's guide.

But GUI occurred error at 3.9 of Setup Procedure.
I attached file of connection error.

Additional information is USB driver version.
It is "ADC12J4000_E2".
I attached file about USB driver, too.

Could you let me know the cause of this issue, please?

    Hi Shimizu

    The ADC12J4000 board was updated using a different clock synthesizer. To support this newer version that is now being sold, the EVM GUI also needed to be updated.

    The board the customer has is the earlier version, and the currently linked software is not compatible with that earlier board.

    Please have the customer download the earlier software revision available here:

    And here is the earlier version of the EVM User Guide:

    He should uninstall the EVM GUI software that he currently has loaded, and install this older version. Once that is done the EVM GUI software should recognize the board.

    Please let me know if this doesn't help.
