My customer has a question about ADC12D1600QML-SP.

Are the conditions to operate it in the DESCLKIQ Mode only the following ?

  - Need to drive both I- and Q-channels externally.

  - Addr 0h, bit<7:5> =000b, Addr Eh, bit<6>=1b
