TSW1400 GUI startup problem

I had issue to start up TSW1400 GUI. I saw attached error. It said

Error 1097 occured at Library function call node/TSW1400.lvlib: 1400_Initialize_board.vi-> TSW1400.lvlib:Frame.vi

This happened on my new PC which has only USB3 port but it seemed like more firmware issue. I also be working for the way retro-configure USB3 port, just in case of.

Takeshi,

Please try this board with a standard USB2.0 port. This may be an issue with USB3.0 port on your PC.

I got the same problem as error 91, which is shown at interface of TSW1400 and AFE5818. When I configure the "initialize the device", the error is shown.
