ADS54J40 - Error 1097

Description of the problem: Good morning

We recently purchased the ADS54J40 Evaluation Module and TSW14J56EVM Evaluation Module cards.
I was following the manual steps ADS54j40 EVM User's guide (Rev. A).

When I set the firmware HSDC Pro, I get the following error.

Error:Error 1097 occurred at call library function node in TSW1400.lvlib:14J56revD_Firmware Details.vi -> TSW1400.lvlib:Frame.vi

I have confirmed all the steps again and again and I can't run the cards. Pelase, I need your help and support as soon as possible.

    Sorry to here this. Can you tell us what OS you are running on your computer. Do you have any problems running the ADC GUI? Please send a screen shot of the HSDC Pro GUI just before and after the error occurs. This will aid in the trouble-shooting. The ADS54Jxx GUI should be v1.6 and HSDC Pro should be 4.4.

    I am using windows 7, I was using  CSDH Pro 2.4 . I installed  CSDH Pro  4.4 and the problem was solved thanks,  but this program brings me another problem.

    When I start to capture data I get the following error:

    LEDs D3 and D8 are switched on, D1, D2, D4, D5, D6 and D7 are switched off.

    ADS54J40 is configure as shown in the manual  User's guide (Rev. A)

    Attached the ADS54J40  image already set:      

    The pro HSDS is configured in the same way on the manual User's guide (Rev. A).

    LEDs D3 and D8 are switched on, D1, D2, D4, D5, D6 and D7 are switched off.

    I was unable to view any of the images you sent. Can you please try again? Which LMK configuration file did you load? Did you issue a board reset after loading this file and before loading the ADC config file?

    I'm setting the LMK_config_983p04MSPS.cfg then to load this file and then restart pressed ADS54J40_LMF_8224.cfg charge but always got the same error.

    The strange thing about all this is that I twice the entire procedure and was able to get this result but when I wanted to capture came back to me the error shown above.

    I have the same problem.  ADS54J40 is configure as shown in the manual  User's guide (Rev. A)

    I'm setting the LMK_config_983p04MSPS.cfg then loaded this file and then recet pressed. Procede to charge ADS54J40_LMF_8224.cfg and then recet pressed again.

    When I start to capture data I get the following graphic:  

    I  need help, cause the ADC seems not to be working.

    Do not press the reset after loading the ADC config file as this will reset the registers you just loaded. Only press it once after loading the LMK configuration file.

    I understand, if I press once the reset and then load the ADC I have the same problem as Miguel at the moment of capturing data. I get the following error:

    Could the evaluation module be defective? 

    Why do they work at sometimes and then they don't?

    How do I know if the FPGA is in reset mode?

    We appreciate your previous replies, however we are still waiting for the reply to our last request.

    We need to use the card as soon as possible, since the semester at our institution is approaching its end (at the end of November).

    We can not figure out what the problem is and why the card keep on showing the error we mentioned above.

    We would appreciate your reply and we would like to ask if there is a phone number or skype account in which we could communicate with you.
