DAC5682ZEVM: DAC5682ZEVM Drivers are not installing

Part Number: DAC5682ZEVM

I connected dac5682zevm to a laptop running on windows 7 using USB port, Hardware is being detected on laptop but drivers are not installing . I got the software setup file of DAC5682ZEVM's GUI from TI website.

I also tried doing the solution given in below thread link but it didn't help, please hel;p me with this

Hi sir,

I followed the steps in ppt to install drivers but when I chose USB serial converter version 2.8.24.0, It showed an error, please help me with this

Hi Madan,

This looks like a windows 10 driver issue. Can you please make sure to install correct FTDI driver for windows 10 from FTDI website and try the same procedure again.
