Are you able to post the csv file or is it too large?

Also, is there any header information in the file?

The number of samples in your csv file should be multiple of 64. Also you can also use I/Q multitone generator in HSDCpro to generate any frequency singal you want. Please follow the instruciton in HSDCpro userguide. www.ti.com/.../slwu087d.pdf

I am able to load the csv in the HSDC pro.
No there is no header.

yes, it is in the multiple of 64. Still, I am not able to get back the actual signal in HSDC pro.

Were you able to get the file to work? I noticed in the file I was using there was a single whitespace line at the end of the file. It might be helpful to run the generator as Neeraj suggested to create a file of the same size, then use a text editor (all characters on) to see if there is any difference with delimiters, end of line, end of file.
