TSW1400EVM: TSW 1400 JTAG_CHAIN_BROKEN_ERROR

We are experiencing the same issues, and also do not see any diagnostic LEDs light up. I have verified that out power supply provides at least 5v 4a. Please advise?

Hi Colleen,

Is this a rev E or rev D TSW1400?

If this is a Rev D, can you please verify that resistor R55 is NOT installed? It is located on the bottom side of the board, underneath the FPGA. If it is present, it should be removed.

It is Rev D and there is no resistor on R55. See attached.

As a follow up to what Dan stated the TI Store warranties EVMs for 90 days from date of purchase.
