LDC1000 - CLDO bypass cap to GND or AGND?

I'm designing a LDC1000 circuit for very low-noise performance; one step I'm taking is to connect AGND to DGND at one location.

Would the CLDO cap perform better if connected to GND or AGND? I noticed that it's connected to GND on the EVM schematic:

On AGND:

0.1uF/1uF VDD bypass caps

DAP and GND pad

On DGND:

0.1uF/1uF VIO bypass caps

DGND pad

Rest of the system (MCU, clocks, etc)

Any other suggestions of grounding technique for high-accuracy readings are appreciated.

Thanks much,

Bryan
