LDC1000 continues work without VIO

Hi all!

VIO is responsible for the power of the digital part of the chip LDC1000 (protocol, etc.). How is it possible that when it is turned off (mechanical separation of the contact) chip continues to function? Of power remains only 5 volts but the EVM module continues to operate (programmed and give correct data after).

Yours respectfully, Andery.
