ADS1298RECG Labview Source code

Hello,

We purchased the ADS1298RECG-pdk evaluation development kit and noticed that an executable(ADS1298e.exe)came with it. Additionally, it
would seem that the executable was developed from labview.

I looked into the folder where the application is installed and notice that there are VIs located throughout the installed folder. I have tried
to match the ADS1298E.exe's GUI application with the accompanied Vis and wasn't
able to do so.

Are the ADS1298E.exe's VIs located in the extracted folder and if so can what are their file names?

If not can where can I get the VIs that were used to create the ADS1298.exe.

Thanks Very Much.

    Hi Kevin,

I guess I am a little late to the party. Please send me the password to the firmware and labview zip files. I purchased a ADS1298R EVM kit. Thank you very much.

I AM A STUDENT DOING A THESIS ABOUT ECG SIGNALS WORKING WITH THE ADS1298ECG.FE.PDK MY PROBLEM IS: ADS1298 HAS A SOFTWARE DEVELOPED IN LABVIEW. AS IT WAS DEVELOPED IN LABVIEW, I NEED TO KNOW IF THE ADS EVM SOFTWARE HAS A VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT SO I CAN PROCESS THE ECG SIGNAL USING LABVIEW IN A DIFFERENT Virtual Intstrument.

I would like to have the password so I can manipulate the information of the signal captured by  the ADS1298ECG.FE.PDK

thank you for any help you can give me

    Martin

    Hi Martin,

Welcome to the E2E community. The ADS1298ECG-FE software is a virtual instrument. The source provides you with the front-panel VI, all of the supporting VIs, and a LabVIEW project containing everything in an organized fashion. You could modify or add additional signal processing in the front-panel VI. I'll be sending you an email with the password soon. If you have any further questions you're welcome to ask, but the software is unsupported for the most part unless you have a very specific question.

    Good luck in your project!

    Martin -

Kevin will send you information on the source code.  However, I wanted to offer that the software does NOT have a virtual instrument for use in other VIs.  The ADS1298ECG-FE software is designed as a stand-alone app, and while you can reuse functions and subVIs from the code we will provide, there are not virtual instruments or VIs that you can use in your own VIs to control or collect data.  These would need to be developed on your own or obtained by modifying the existing code.
