Please advise me.

I want to run ADCPro targeting ADS1115EVM.
I tried to install ADS1115EVM-PKD plug-in 2.0.0 on to my PC (XP)
But rejected with error message.
It said that ADCPro 2.0.0 is necessary.

I looked for it on WEB but I found only ADCPro1.0.0.
Please advise me where I can download ADCPro2.0.0.

    Hi Kikuo,

    Try this link:

    http://www.ti.com/tool/adcpro

You can either select Dowload from the redbox at the top of the page or you can scroll down a little and select Download underneath the software heading. Underneath the software heading it is confirmed that the current version of the software is 2.0.0. The ADCPro Launcher is version 1.0.0 but it installs ADCPro 2.0.0.

If you have other issues please let me know!

    Regards,

    Michael Peffers

    Mike-san,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

The software on the URL is not rev 2.0.0 but rev 1.0.0.

I tried Rev 1.0.0 but did not run the software at all.

    Hi Kikuo,

I uninstalled ADCPro 2.0.0 from my machine and reinstalled from the link that I provided you. I can confirm that ADCPro 2.0.0 does infact come from that URL on my end. If you find this to be different I will have to check with the other members of my team in the morning to see what could possibly be the problem.

I did watch the installer as the data went by and I did see a couple of 1.0.0 that flew by during the instalation but I do not know what they pertain to within the software. I would download the installer run it all the way through and please repost and let me know what happens. If there is an issue we would like to resolve it ASAP. Thank you Kikuo.

    Hi Kikuo,

As a side note, after installing ADCPro 2.0.0 on my machine I searched your particular plug-in, download it and installed it with no problems. I have not functionally tested the plug-in but I got it installed no problem.

    Hi Kikuo,

If you follow the link: http://www.ti.com/tool/adcpro you will find a document called ADCPro Hardware and Software Installation Manual (Rev. A) under Key Documents . Please refer to section 2-ADCPro Application Installation (Page 4) and follow the steps outlined in this document.

You must download and execute the "adcpro-launcher-1.0.0.exe". This will then install ADCPro 2.0.0 on your machine and promt you to uddate any existing plugins that you may have and also allow you to download any new plugins that you require. Any new plugins that you download and install will give you the error message that you are receiving as we are moving towards ADCPro 2.0.0 and away from ADCPro 1.0.
