I am using A/D (ADS8556) from your products and I connect 2 A/Ds in Daisy-Chain mode.I use them in hardware mode. I have a question about A/D in serial mode.when I change the Convert pin from 0 to 1, I desire the Busy Pin changes from 0 to 1 but it doesn't happen. How can I ensure that the A/D works correctly in serial mode?? I use Regulator (REF5025) for providing refrence voltage 2.5 volt for A/D but the output of this regulator is 2.88 V instead of 2.5V.Why it isn't 2.5 volts.
Linda,
Can you share some more information about your hardware? Your schematic and/or layout would be a great start.

I do not have the appropriate software to view your layout, but I've got a few follow up questions along with some suggestions...
Play around with these points and if your issues persist please provide us a few oscilloscope captures - ideally I'd like to see the RESET pin on power up, BUSY with respect to CONVST (I'd like to see the BUSY signal at the pin of the device, not after the logic circuit), and a scope capture of the REF5025 output.
