linearity problem in DAC 1220EVM

dear sir i have purchase DAC1220EVM from your website .But there is problem in that it  is showing  non linearity in performance.when i m sending 3000 counts it is giving    0.1165 V and on 6000 counts it is giving 0.2590V  so how can i achieve linearity in this part .
