Hello,

We purchased the ADS1298RECG-pdk evaluation development kit and noticed that an executable(ADS1298e.exe)came with it. Additionally, it
would seem that the executable was developed from labview.

I looked into the folder where the application is installed and notice that there are VIs located throughout the installed folder. I have tried
to match the ADS1298E.exe's GUI application with the accompanied Vis and wasn't
able to do so.

Are the ADS1298E.exe's VIs located in the extracted folder and if so can what are their file names?

If not can where can I get the VIs that were used to create the ADS1298.exe.

Thanks Very Much.

    Hello Conrad,

Welcome to the Precision Data Converter's forum!

The ADS1298RECGFE-PDK software is indeed a LabVIEW application, LabVIEW 8.6 in fact. The source for the LabVIEW code is available at the link below.

    ftp://ftp.ti.com/pub/data_acquisition/ECG_FE/ADS1298/Source_LV_ADS1298.zip

The source is encrypted and requires a password that I will email to the address you registered with the E2E community shortly. The source code is yours to modify, however we do not offer extensive support for debugging the source as it is or as it may become after your modifications.

    Hi Carlos,

I'll also extend a welcome to the E2E community to you! The address you registered with the E2E community should have a message soon with the password.

Since this thread has received more interest since it's first post, I want to take an opportunity to reiterate that this source is not supported by the Precision Data Converters Applications team. You're free to have the source, but you are responsible for it's functionality, development, debugging, and implications thereof.

If you have questions about the ADS1298 itself we're more than happy to help.

    Hello Kevin,

I downloaded the LabView source code and also the firmware source code I found in the same FTP folder. I'd very much appreciate if I could get the password for both files to support me in my ADS1298R-based ECG system development.

    Best regards,

    Csaba

    Hello again Kevin,

I'm sorry to bother you, but I don't seem to have gotten an email.  Do you mind sending it again or is there some sort of private message format here that might work?

    Thanks!
