Similar to ADS1232 but 20x faster?

Poking around for a few hours on the TI site and haven't got a good feel for the right part...  I have been using the ADS123x and ADS124x product in digital weight indicators.  The sensor is the common wheatstone bridge load cell.  These products have an update rate of 30-60/sec and the ADS1232 itself only has a sample rate of 80sps.  My application needs at least 1000 samples/sec  and to still maintain at least 17-bits (preferably 18) of the 24-bit resolution.  Can anybody suggest something similar to the ADS1232 but faster?

Thank you,

Chris

    Hi Chris,

Take a look at the ADS1250:

    http://www.ti.com/product/ads1250

Effective resolution is 18+bits for data rates from 10SPS to ~30kSPS, across all 4 PGA gain options (1,2,4,8).

Let me know what you think.

    Best Regards,

    Marc

Thanks Marc.  I'm not sure how I missed the ADS125x line.  It looks good and I will definitely check it out.

    Thanks again,

    Chris
