Hello ;

Could you tell me a product of 24bits resolution ;1 channel AFE Ic ( 150 to 1000sps + internal PGA) is enough for me .

    Hector,

    Please see the following link for information on weigh scale design:

    You state 24 bit resolution.  There are many converters with 24 bit resolution, but it is very difficult to achieve 24 bit noise free.  So you really need to tell us more about your design and specifications.  I think the above link will get you started.  One possibility is the ADS1255.  Keep one thing in mind in that the higher the data rate, the higher the noise.
