I am using the MMB3 with the ADS1015. i am using the dc power supply and my input is 2.0 vdc. the little screen on the MMB3 ( set to Gain 1 and the AIN0, graound) gives a result of 7FF. the EVM is on ADS1015 is set to Gain 1 and AIN0, ground. but when I select the Acquires gives me a result of 6FF0.
when I do the calculation which are decimal of 40E = (1038/ 2^11) 4.096.= 2.07 volt which actually the input voltage.
however when i click acquire i get a reading of 30E=( 782/ 2^11) 4.096 = 1.564 volts of the voltage input.
what is the relation of this reading or help me to understand the data in the attached pic please.
4.096 is the factor given by the gain setting ( given on the data sheet of ADS1015)

There appears to be an error in the data monitor window. I will have to do some checking into this as the data is showing 16 bit data instead of 12. This window is supposed to show you the decimal code value and the hex value.
Have you looked at the Multi-scope test plugin? What voltage is shown there? If you are seeing a lower voltage, you might want to verify that your input ground is well connected to the ground of the EVM.

We did some further investigation and have found a 'bug' in the code. We appreciate you alerting us to the problem. We should have an update to the ADS1015EVM plugin for ADCPro available on Monday. We'll let you know when the new plugin is available for downloading.
