Thermal pad of AMC7812

Hi Zhu,

On the PQFP ad PVQFN packages; the thermal pad needs to be soldered to the PCB.  On the AMC7812EVM, the thermal pad is soldered and connected to AGND.  The layout plot below shows the AGND and DGND split plane on the AMC7812EVM.  The recommendation is to connect the Pad to analog ground.
