ADS1274-EVM cannot be connected

Hi,

I currently have the ADS1274-EVM and it's MMB0 motherboard. I'm trying to test it by using the software ADCPro, but USBStyx Driver cannot be installed (refer to ADCPro Hardware and Software Installation Manual.pdf page 11-12).

The status area of the ADCPro plug-in always displays "DSP not ready...Retrying". After a while, a notification appears which shows "An error occured with error code 6070 libmmb0.lvlib:EEPROM Read.vi<ERR> Unable to Read EEPROM".

Is there any way to solve the problem?

This is the version of software I downloaded.

When I installed ads1274 plug-in, I observed that the USBStyx driver was also installed.

It still doesn't work. MMB0 is OK, but I cannot find USBStyx driver in the Device Manager when I select the plug-in from ADCPro.

The sequence of status messages is:

Locating Binary file-Reading binary file-USB connection established-Firmware found...downloading-Download Sucessful-DSP not found...Retrying-TIMEOUT

Thanks for your help. The problem isn't resolved. My OS is win7/32bit

I can see MMb0 in device manager when the mether board is powered. It will disappear when status messages turns to Download Sucessful with a windows sound (like a usb disc removed). Then the messages will be "DSP not found-->time out". USBStyx driver never shows up.

Could you tell me what is the eeprom use for since it alway says "Unable to Read EEPROM".
