ADS7952 / power up sequence

Hi,

I believe ADS7952 needs to have two power sources for analog(VA) and I/O(VBD).

Is there constraint condition for power up sequence ? First, which power source should be powerd up ?

    Kato-san,

    There is not constraint on the power up sequence. The sources can be powered up in any order.

    However, care needs to be taken to ensure that the analog inputs do not exceed the VA at any point in time, to prevent the ESD diodes from inadvertently getting forward biased.
