Using ADS129xECG-FE can't retreive data from ADS1298

Hi

I'm using ADS1298ECGFE-PDK.

After I start ADS129xECG-FE.exe, The software can synchronize the ADC, and can setting the registers of the ADC(I guess, by checking the changing of "ADC Register --> Register Map" in the Software.

However, after I press "ACQUIRE" button or "CONTINUOUS" button, I can't acquire any data. It does nothing but just hangs on.

what is the possible reason?
