Hi,

There is the question regarding external bipolar transistor for DAC161S997  selection.

Is there any requirements to the bandwidth and noise of bipolar transistor?  As I understand the ft of the transistor should be higher than bandwidth of the internal amplifier but I couldn't find any data for this.
