ADS8556 HVDD voltage limitation between powers

Hi, Folks

I would like to ask you about HVDD minimum voltage.

In spec sheet, 5V is minimum and NO limitation was found between powers.

But in I guess there are some diode path from HVDD to AVDD as specified in page 33.

Is there any issue if we uses as AVDD=BVDD=HVDD=5V (of course with care of noise)?

Hi Keiichi,
With the ADS8556, there are no issues using 5V (besides the noise potential as you noted) for AVDD, HVDD and BVDD. You still need a negative rail of at least -5V for HVSS as well.
