Hey,
Using the ADS1298,
when the TESTP and TESTN pins are not in use, is it best to connect the pins to the supply voltage, ground, or let them float?
("TESTP_PACE_OUT1" and "TESTN_PACE_OUT2" pins)
Thanks!

Hello Brian,
I'm afraid yes. For measuring the test signal we set CONFIG2 register with value 0x10, which means test signals generated internally, 1mV amplitude with frequency at 1Hz.
Below is a graph of our circuit design. We provide DVDD and AVDD at 2.0V, AVSS at -2.0V. And the Vpp of test signal drops to 300uV. When we float TEST_PACE_OUT1 and TEST_PACE_OUT2, the Vpp of test signal returns to 2mV.
Although the electrode signal seems normal, we still cannot figure out what happened here.
Thank you.
