ADCPRO, ADS1259 EVM error

Hi,


we ordered an ADS1259EVM_PDK for rapid evaluation, but things are not

working as expected ... I am thus asking for help.

We installed hardware and the ADCPRO (1.x and 2.x, same results ...) plus

ADS1259 plugin from ftp.ti.com/.../ADCPro2

When we run ADCPRO and load the ADS1259EVM plugin, I get the following

error:

Locating binary file

Reading binary file

USB connection established

No firmware found

Download failed ... reset the hardware

An error occured with error code 6070
libmmb0.lvlib.EEPROM Read.vi<ERR>
Unable to Read EEPROM

I followed the instructions here, without much success:

e2e.ti.com/.../1043247

Also, some ZIP archives require a password ... could we have access to it ?

    Hi Fabien,

    Welcome to the TI E2E Forums!

    To use the ADS1259EVM-PDK, please make sure you are using ADCPro version 2.0.1. I recommend using the following download link:
    "ftp://ftp.ti.com/pub/data_acquisition/ADCPro2/no_internet_version/adcpro-wlvrt-2.0.1.exe"

    Also make sure you are applying an external +/-10V supply to the MMB - without this supply the EVM will not work.

    Try those two things and let me know if it resolves the issue. For the archive file, I'll get back to you via your E2E provided email address.
