ADS1298ECGFE demo program, no firmware found

I just bought the ADS1298ECGEF-PDK. Installed the demo program. Running windows10 but configured ADS1298 EXE for running under windows 7. Program start getting the following massages in the upper right corner:

Locating Binary files

Reading binary files

USB connection established

No firmware found

Download failed…reset HW

This continues endless

How to solve this problem. Pls advice.

Hello Hendrik,

Unfortunately we do not support this software with Windows 10. However there have been a few people that have gotten this to work. Check out this post from a user that got things running with the ADS1x9xECG-FE using Windows 10: e2e.ti.com/.../448048

Hello Brian Pisani, I followed your tip on e2e.ti.com......./448048 but no success.
Keep getting the message "no firmware found"
I'm running the program in Windows 7 mode.
Can it be the USB driver? Which driver should it be?

Hello Hendrik,

Sorry about the delay. If you go to the device manager, the device should appear as "ADS1x9x - ECG Recorder" under "Ports".

One thing that you do to check if the machine is registering a new peripheral is to see if the device manager updates when you plug the EVM into the PC.
